  • Our collective goal is to transform the meaning of health by combining our different areas of expertise in order to find a common language to help our patients. We offer a wide range of therapies with consulting rooms for doctors and osteopaths, an art therapy studio, occupational therapy rooms for children with learning difficulties, nurse therapy rooms; plus a varied programme of meetings, talks, workshops and seminars.

  • Helios is the Greek word for ‘sun’ and evokes the qualities of warmth and light. In a similar way we wish to stand as a model for holistic health, sharing our knowledge and understanding with the wider community. Another aspect is the 'heliocentroma' – the innermost part of the ear. It receives sound impulses both from both the environment and the body, forming a connection and focus between the inner and outer aspects of listening.
